1. How long does it take to ship out my order and how long does delivery take?

We typically ship out all orders within 1-3 business days unless it's a pre-order. Delivery date depends on your location and shipping method. It can take 2-7 business days within the U.S and 2-4 weeks outside the U.S.

2. Are your items true to size?

Yes, our items typically run true to size. You can view our size chart below.

3. Do you allow Returns and Exchanges?

Yes, we allow the return and exchange of unworn and unwashed items if we receive them within 14 days after it was delivered to you.


Returns can be made within  14 days  after purchase. Return are allowed if the items arrived damaged. If you would like to return your merchandise purchased on, please follow the return instructions below. *Please be aware that returns incur a return shipping and handling fee of a minimum of $8.00 for purchases. This amount will be deducted from your return. You can return merchandise for a full refund, which will be credited to you in the original tender.

  1. Send an email, making sure you indicate the item(s) being returned and why.

  2. Securely pack your merchandise, being sure to include the invoice/packing slip.

  3. Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning your item.

  4. Ship your package via US Postal Service or UPS using the preaddressed mailing label, making sure you insure your package.

  5. Please allow 7-10 business days for the return transit time, plus an additional 4 business days upon receipt, for the return to be completed and the refund to be issued to your account. If you provided an email address, we’ll email you when your return has been received and processed.

4. Do the skirts come with the tops in the photos?

The tops are not sold with the skirts. However we carry some of the tops paired with our skirts which are sold separately.

5. Do you do custom orders?

Yes. Send us an email at before you order.

6. Do you restock sold out items?

We restock select items depending on the availability of the fabric. Please contact us at and we will advise you if an item will be restocked or discontinued. If the item will be restocked we'll provide you with the estimated arrival time frame.

7. Do you offer alterations on items that are too long or too short?

We currently only offer hem alteration for our maxi skirts. When you add a maxi skirt to your cart, please indicate which lenght you want at checkout.

8. How quickly do you respond to emails? Do you have weekend hours?

We generally respond within 24 hrs during our regular office hours which are Monday- Friday, 9am-5pm EST. Customer Service is currently not available on Saturdays and Sundays.

9. Do you restock limited print items?

Once our limited print items are out of stock, they will not be reproduced. So, make sure to get it before it’s sold out!
